Weekend Fun

This weekend has been full of so much fun so far. First, last night we went to a movie with Jenny and Eric and Nate and Lacy. We got babysitters (thanks grandparents) and headed off to see the movie "21". It was absolutely fantatstic! I recommend it to anyone. It was so nice to get out with Andy and our friends without our kids. Then today Dallin and I headed over to my friend Kristina's house. The boys played for a while, then we decided to act like crazy people and load the kids up to go to TJ Maxx. That was fun, I found an awesome clock for my bathroom and Kristina scored some cool wall decorations for her bedroom. After about 20 mintes all the kids were crying and ready for lunch. We ventured to The Training Table where thes adorable photos were taken. Arent the boys so cute together. Dallin loves playing with other kids, even though Kelan and Kole are a year older, they still play so good together. Cute little Avrie was a trooper and stayed asleep in her carseat. Kristina and I felt like we were living in an episode of John and Kate plus 8 (my favorite reality show). Fun times. Tonight we are off to another Blaze game. Hopefully they can win tonight, we really need it!

Cheerios anyone?

This is what happens when you turn your back for 10 seconds. Need I say more?

Easter Sunday

This is Dallin in his cute easter outfit. He is wearing his Red Sox hat that Gram and Granddad gave him in his easter basket. He looks so excited to have it on! He actually hates wearing hats, which is unfortunate cuz this one is so dang cute!

The weather was so nice that after church and Easter brunch at Andy's parents house we all came back to our house and sat on our porch. This is Dallin getting some toys out of his baseball basket that the easter bunny brough him.

Later that night we went to my parent's house for dinner. Here, Dallin was again spoiled with another basket. This one was a sports locker full or balls and a cute blanket my mom a.k.a the "easter bunny" made. Oh and he got yet another hat! He actually kept this one on for about 30 seconds!
Andy's parents bought me, Lacy, Dallin and Lyla all Red Sox hats. Dont we look so festive? I love mine, it is brown and pink! I had to post the adorable picture of Lyla sporting her new pink hat. She is such a doll.

Saturday Fun

Well since Saturday was full of SNOW and we could not go outside, we decided to do something fun indoors. Andy, Dallin and I went swimming with Nate, Lacy and Lyla, and Jenny, Eric and Parker. We had a blast. Lacy and I have taken Dallin and Lyla a few times, but this time the dad's got to come join in the fun. The kids had a ball, and well, I admit the adults did too. We went to Dimple Dell Rec Center, where there is an awesome water playground with fountains, a slide and a tunnel. Dallin LOVES it. Then, for the more adventerous type, there is a giant indoor waterslide. We had a ball going down it, and Andy and Nate were hilarious. They almost flipped out a few times. It was so much fun. After swimming, we all met up for some grub at the local Red Robbin were we devoured some burgers and steak fries. Yum. Later that afternoon, thanks to Andy's kind suggestion, the girls enjoyed some alone time at a chick flick, "Definitely, Maybe" It was so cute! I highly recommend it. After that, we all met at Nate and Lacy's house where the guys were playing guitar hero watching the children! We love our husbands! We all got burritos from cafe rio, and sat around talking. What a fun day! Unfortunately, Dallin must have had too much fun because he harldy slept last night, and is getting a cold now. Soon this winter will be over and the runny noses too!

Go Utah Blaze!

Tonight Dallin and I went to the first Utah Blaze game of the season. We brought uncle Nate and Gregg, and Auntie Lacy and Lyla with us. We had so much fun. I was nervous to bring him, but decided to give it a shot. He actually did so well, he sat on my lap the whole time and was cheering like crazy (notice the picture) What a cute little man. We got to see "daddy" down on the field during one of the time outs. He helped introduce the kids who were celebrating their birthdays today. Andy got to come sit with us for a minute, but he was busy for most of the game. We ended up losing after missing a field goal right at the end. It was a fun game, I had never been to one before. It is very fast paced, and lots of people were there. We got out at 9:45 and Dallin crashed in the car. We had been to the zoo this morning, and the game tonight.... wow, what a lucky kid!

A day at the Zoo

My friend Kristina and I decided to fight the weather, pack the kids up, and head to the zoo. We were really glad we did, because it ended up being really nice outside. It was great with the two double strollers, we just put Avrie next to Dallin, and she didnt make a peep (granted she slept most of the time). The boys had lots of fun and loved seeing all the animals and making monkey sounds!

Just before we went home, we let the kids get out and play on the playground. Here is Dallin and Kole playing on the teeter totter. They are so cute together! Dallin loves playing with friends. He learned how to say Kelan and Kole's names in the car on the way to Kristina's house!

Dallin and me in front of the bear exhibit. Too bad we couldnt get the bear in the picture, huh?

The boys are admiring their favorite animal of the day, the Giraffe. Who couldnt love such a cool looking animal. Dallin did not know quite what to think about the whole thing. He had never really heard of a giraffe before, and just stared at it.
