Time for a change

Well for those who may not be down with the latest and greatest Sylvia business, here is some news.....

We are renting out our house

........because.......

a) we got a sweet deal on a cheaper place
b) we need the extra money so we can save more
c) the market is lousy so we definitely dont want to sell
d) it's time for a change
